Why the company exists

Most operational work inside a large company is recurring and manual: reading a mailbox, checking a claim against a policy, pulling numbers out of a system nobody wants to log into, writing the same reply for the eleventh time this week. The people closest to that work know exactly how it should be done. They are almost never the people who can automate it.

The usual answer is a project: a queue, a spec, an engineering team, six months. By the time it ships the process has moved. The other answer, handing everyone a general-purpose chatbot, fails in the opposite direction. It has no idea which documents are authoritative, which systems it may touch, or what it is not allowed to say, so nothing that matters can be trusted to it.

Atlas splits the problem in two. IT and compliance approve the building blocks once: which sources an agent may read, which systems it may write to, which guardrails always apply. Operators then compose agents out of those blocks and deploy them without a per-output sign-off, because the rails were set upstream. An agent grant can only narrow what its organisation already approved, never widen it.

Who we build for

Regulated and public-facing teams: banking and asset management, healthcare, aviation operations, consumer goods supply chains, and the enterprise operations functions underneath them. The recurring pattern is a team that has an audit obligation, a backlog of repetitive work, and no appetite for an AI system that cannot show where an answer came from.

That shapes the product more than any feature list. Every run leaves an audit trail. Answers cite the approved content they came from. Deployment options run from multi-tenant cloud through to on-premises and air-gapped, and customer data is never used to train models. Security and compliance evidence is published on our Trust Center and reviewed during procurement rather than asserted on a marketing page.
