# Your orders, claims and client reviews, handled by AI coworkers.

Operations teams at large companies use Clarm Atlas to hand their manual back-office work to AI agents, like turning customer order emails into entries in the ERP. A global fresh-produce company already runs our agents in production on retailer orders and quality claims.

## Where Atlas coworkers work

Operations teams re-key orders from email, chase claims across spreadsheets, and rebuild review packs by hand. An Atlas coworker does that work inside the systems and rules your IT and compliance teams already approved.

| Industry | Use case | What the coworker does |
| --- | --- | --- |
| FMCG, commodities, and consumer durables | Supply chain and distribution | Order intake, claims, inventory, and forecasting. |
| Banking | Client review, fraud, and policy | Client review packs, fraud-case evidence packs, and policy updates, each traced to its source. |
| Aviation and other regulated industries | Employee training | Onboarding and recurrent training built from approved manuals, with references and the exact wording. |

Atlas in action

How Atlas works

## From one workflow to a working coworker

Start with a real operating job, build from the approved catalog, then let the coworker run inside the same rails every time.

### Choose the job

Pick a workflow your team already runs by hand.

- Order intake from email and files
- Client review or allocation pack
- Document control or policy update

### Build from approved blocks

Atlas assembles the coworker from sources, permissions, tools, and memory your team has already approved.

- Approved source sets
- Allowed actions and channels
- Reusable blocks for the next workflow

### Run with receipts

The coworker runs the job, updates the right systems, and leaves a trail your operator and auditor can inspect.

- Source citations on outputs
- System updates and Teams briefs
- Audit trail for compliance evidence

In their first seven weeks, Atlas agents entered 1,000+ retailer orders, about 11,000 tonnes of fruit, for 63 distribution centres, and logged 1,700 quality claims from 17 countries.

Why Atlas

## Ship operational AI without turning IT into a ticket queue

IT and compliance approve reusable building blocks once. Operators build and deploy coworkers inside those rails, with source receipts and audit trails.

### Answers cite approved sources

Retrieval stays inside your own document sets, wikis, and connectors.

### Approved building blocks

Sources, permissions, and guardrails are set once. Operators compose workflows from that approved catalog.

### Audit trail by default

What ran, which sources were cited, and which building blocks were used – ready for internal audit.

### Deploy where data must stay

SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and on-premises / air-gapped options for strict data residency.

Enterprise fit

## Fits your stack and procurement checklist

Connect approved sources, deliver to Teams or Slack, and pipe events into the systems you already run.

FAQ

## Questions

How is this different from Copilot or a chatbot on our website?

A chatbot answers and stops. Atlas coworkers run the recurring job from approved building blocks: they read the source, apply the rules, create the output, update the allowed system, and leave an audit trail. Operators compose workflows inside rails that IT and compliance approve once.

Do staff still need to approve every output?

Not when the building blocks are already approved. Compliance and IT define which sources, actions, and channels are in bounds. Operators build agents from that catalog; answers stay cited and actions stay inside policy. Add named-owner checkpoints on specific outputs when you want them - the default is governed autonomy inside pre-approved rails.

Is Clarm secure? What about SOC 2, HIPAA, and on-premises?

Procurement covers SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and deployment requirements. We do not train on your data. On-premises and air-gapped deployment is available when data cannot leave your environment.

What kinds of teams use Clarm Atlas?

Atlas is for operations teams at complex, multi-system companies, including supply chain and distribution, banking, employee training, healthcare, and other high-trust environments. Pilots start with one recurring manual workflow, not a company-wide AI programme.

How long does the first pilot take to stand up?

A first agent can be configured in minutes once sources are connected. Pilots usually scope one workflow and one channel (Teams, web, or email) for a 4-6 week proof. We help you pick a wedge that fits audit, IT, and business-owner requirements.

How does compliance fit if AI runs the workflow?

Compliance and legal approve the building blocks – which sources, which actions, which channels – not every individual email or notice. Atlas records what ran and what sources were cited so auditors can reconstruct decisions. You are not removing governance; you are moving it upstream so operators can ship safely.

What does Clarm cost?

Team plans are $5,000 per month for one workspace with unlimited agents. Enterprise is a custom agreement for global rollout, security requirements, and deployment options. Book a pilot and we will scope the first workflow that fits your environment.

We still need inbound chat on our website. Does Atlas cover that?

Yes. The same approved sources, permissions, and audit controls support public chat widgets and internal workflows. Public chat is one delivery channel; operational coworkers remain the broader Atlas product.
