HubSpot Integration

Automatically sync qualified Clarm activity into HubSpot so identified visitors and deal signals reach your CRM without manual copy-paste.

Setup

  1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations
  2. Click Add Integration → HubSpot
  3. Enter your HubSpot private app token and optional portal ID
  4. Save the connection and confirm the success state in the dashboard

Create a HubSpot private app with contact and deal write access before connecting it in Clarm.

What gets synced

  • Identify events update or create HubSpot contacts by email.
  • Purchase and deal-signaling events can create or enrich the related deal record.
  • High-intent or enriched visitor context gives sales or RevOps teams more context on the contact and associated deal.

If the same visitor first appears anonymously and later self-identifies, Clarm updates the existing record instead of creating duplicate CRM rows where possible.
